I came up with this recipe as I was rooting around my cupboards, with flapjacks you can be really inventive. They are a great healthy snack to have when you fancy something sweet. I hope you enjoy this recipe; why not try mixing it up with other seeds and dried fruit!

Ingredients:
200g u/s butter
100g honey
50g light brown sugar
300g oats
80g raisins
80g pumpkin seeds
80g walnuts
1 orange for zest
1 x carrot
1tspn mixed ground spice
Method:
Melt the sugar first on a low heat, then add the butter, once combined add the honey. Take off the heat, and in the same pan add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease a shallow baking tray and empty the flapjack mix and press well. Bake at 160' for 30 mins; when finished, leave to cool before slicing.
